I have been to that place 5 times and they all serve you horribly🫠, I am going to tell you my experience because the truth is that today I went I did feel bad, first of all I paid there for some tickets to the INBURSA Aquarium (it was going to be the gift of my boyfriend's birthday because he really likes aquatic animals 🫶🏻) I paid there because my card didn't work and it gave me a payment option at the Guadalajara Pharmacy, in the end my payment was never reflected, I sent messages and they only told me that " They were going to review it” and they never did anything, they kept my money, which was $500, and my boyfriend kept his gift, it made me very upset :c
And well, today I went because I had to buy things from my Skincare that had run out and I was already urgently needing them, (first I want to clarify that I am a 1.50 meter girl who was all dressed in pink, I mean I don't look Menacing) and well I save it He didn't stop following me very intensely and the truth is I felt uncomfortable. Afterwards, a lady who works in the dermatology area asked her about a cream and she said, "No, we don't have it. I've never heard of that brand. I think it's okay." It doesn't even exist” Later I was seeing that I was buying something else, so I just grabbed a mask, I went to the cash register to pay and the guard was following me again and told me to line up properly or something like that, the truth is, it doesn't exist. I understood her a lot because I was already a little fed up, finally when I wanted to go to pay I gave some $200 to the cashier she told me “I don't have change I'm starting my shift” but she was very rude and rude, so I turned around to take the mask back, but he didn't think I was going to take it or something like that and he told me "you can't take it girl" and I told him "not only am I going to leave it where it belongs", for this I was already very stressed, I was almost going to leave the store and suddenly I remember that I had not returned my $200 bill with which I was going to pay, apart from being humiliated I was going to leave without my two hundred pesos 🥺, and well, well, I came back I asked them. I hope someone in charge can read me, please improve your customer service :c
P.S. DO NOT ASK FOR PACKAGES from Amazon here 📦, you have to go to the counter and it takes years to attend, you must bring your INE, plus you don't even know how to look for a package 📦 Amazon says that the package has already arrived and those ladies can't find it: that the app is wrong, that the packages arrive during the afternoon, but rather within 1 or 2 business days. PURE WASTE OF TIME, how bad is the Amazon app going to be!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. !!! Don't come, if you need to buy something emergency don't stop here, I've been WAITING for 40 minutes and there is only 1 PERSON AHEAD, 1 cashier ahead with 4 cashier ladies gossiping. The güera is like the leader but of the 4 not a single one is done, the other short one gets along hard with the motorcycle delivery men, there is no respect.
I won't come again even if it's the end of the world, the traffic out there moves more than these ladies behind an automatic transmission.
The staff is friendly but they take a long time and almost always do not have the medications or what I am looking for completely and they simply say that they do not know when it will arrive nor can they check it
Bad service from the employees, it is the second time that they only want to entangle you with their own brands, when on the internet they do have them and they even let you place the order, they tell you they don't have them and they only sell their products. The truth gives a bad shopping experience and the truth without wanting to ask about a product because they will surely want to sell you only their own brand.
